Do I need to book ahead?
Booking is best, especially for colour and weekends. Same-day spots open up, so message us on WhatsApp.
What if I'm running late?
Let us know. We keep the full time when we can; after 15 minutes we may need to shorten or move the appointment.
Do you do patch tests?
Yes. For first-time colour we book a quick patch test at least 48 hours before.
Can I cancel or move my booking?
Of course. Please tell us at least 24 hours before so someone else can take the slot.
