Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Team and Business start with 14 days free, with every feature on. No card is needed. At the end, pick a plan or move to Starter.
What counts as a member?
Anyone on your team who logs in. Clients using the portal are free and don't count.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes. Registered nonprofits and schools get 30% off any paid plan. Contact us with your details.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards. Yearly plans can also be paid by bank transfer.
Need more than ten seats?
Business includes unlimited members, single sign-on and an onboarding call. Tell us about your team and we'll set it up with you.
